Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated Social Media Intern / Graduate Trainee to support the brand’s social media operations in Côte d’Ivoire. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or high-potential early-career candidates who are passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and local consumer trends. The selected candidate will support daily social media planning, content execution, trend monitoring, and performance tracking, while receiving training and guidance from the marketing team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Planning Support • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly social media content calendars. • Support the execution of social media plans in line with brand priorities, product launches, and local campaigns. • Help ensure that content is published on time and aligned with brand tone and style. 2. Market Research & Trend Monitoring • Monitor local social media trends, competitor activities, and consumer interests in Côte d’Ivoire. • Collect and summarize insights on trending topics, platform updates, and audience preferences. • Share useful observations to support better content planning and campaign ideas. 3. Content Coordination & Execution • Support the creation and localization of social media content, including product posts, campaign materials, and engagement content. • Coordinate with internal teams, designers, videographers, or agencies for content preparation. • Help organize and manage content materials for daily posting needs. 4. Performance Tracking • Assist in tracking key social media metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and post performance. • Prepare basic weekly or monthly reports. • Support the team in identifying what content performs well and where improvements are needed. 5. Community & Communication Support • Support daily community management and monitor audience interactions on social media platforms. • Help ensure that content and communication reflect the brand image and connect with the local audience. • Assist in maintaining a positive and active brand presence online. 6. Administrative & Recruitment Support • Help organize creator, influencer, or candidate information when needed. • Support CV screening, basic information collection, and coordination for marketing-related internship or content roles. • Assist the team with other marketing coordination tasks assigned by the manager. Qualifications : • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Journalism, Business, or related fields. • Fresh graduates are welcome. • Internship experience in social media, digital marketing, communication, or content creation is a plus. • Strong interest in social media platforms, digital trends, and content marketing. • Familiarity with the Côte d’Ivoire market and local youth culture is preferred. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Basic analytical ability and willingness to learn from data. • French is required; English is a plus. • Candidates from strong universities are preferred, including Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny (Cocody) or candidates with overseas study background. Notes This role is designed as a training-oriented position for high-potential young talent. It is suitable for candidates who may not yet have full managerial experience but show strong potential to grow through hands-on learning and team support.
